Mexico La Laja Sample

Notes: Chocolate, Orange, Sugarcane

Our La Laja beans come from the Finca La Laja family farm in Veracruz, Mexico. Since these beans are honey processed, it means that some of the fruit pulp is left on the bean to dry which results in a sweeter cup overall. With hints of chocolate and orange, this coffee is one of our all-time favorites!
